MANUAL TO BE CONSIDERED WHEN DEALING WITH SUPPLIERS

Make sure that we do not deal with :
counter-parties involved with / in countries with :

• Disrespect of human life, in various forms.
• Disrespect of treatment involving inhuman slave labour, inhuman child labour,
• Forced labour,
• Sexual abuses

MMI strives to achieve status of being “Conflict-Free” by
Purchasing and selling to parties/countries in law abiding conditions / states of Justice,
Avoid Conflict areas.
Avoid situations where is: violence, human rights abuses.
Stop transactions considered to be environmentally questionable,
Stop transactions smelling of bribery,
Know your counterparts (KYC) (see document ‘transaction risk), and try to see them personally, see
the production site,
